HCOMS has always been and will remain committed to patient safety and well-being. Covid-19 is a significant public health crisis and we want to ensure we are doing our part to help promote the safety and well-being of our patients, our staff, our families and our community as a whole.
Covid-19 Patient & Visitor Policy
HCOMS requires that ALL patients and visitors arrive wearing a cloth face covering or mask.
This is consistent with the recommendation to the general public advising them to wear a cloth face covering whenever they enter medical facilities.
If you are experiencing ANY upper respiratory symptoms: cough, sneezing, fever, etc.

You are receiving care during the Covid-19 pandemic. While our office is implementing appropriate CDC infection prevention and control recommendations, there may be an increased risk of exposure to the Covid-19 virus. Upon arrival, you may proceed into our office for patient check in at our front desk. Our waiting room allows for appropriate social distancing and we ask that you maintain this distance.

All patients under the age of 18 must be accompanied by a legal parent or guardian at every visit. All visitors accompanying patients will be required to complete COVID screening at our office.
