Oral & Maxillofacial Surgeons, Paul German, DDS and Jean-Luc Niel, DMD of Ellicott City, MD, practice a full scope of oral and maxillofacial surgery with expertise in all oral and maxillofacial surgery procedures. We diagnose and treat pathology and dentoalveolar surgery, including wisdom teeth removal, extractions, orthodontic exposures, bone grafting, and implants. Many of our procedures can be done under various levels of anesthesia for the convenience and comfort of our patients.
